ABOUT DR. ROY FUÑE

Dr. Roy Fuñe is a transformational executive coach who blends neuroscience, subconscious transformation techniques, and strategic insight to help driven professionals and peak performers break through barriers and achieve lasting results. A certified consulting hypnotist with a doctorate in Organization & Management, he integrates leadership science, IT management, project and change management, and applied behavioral science into a multidimensional coaching approach.

With over 25 years of experience—including senior executive roles, U.S. Air Force service leading complex technical aircraft maintenance operations, managing multimillion-dollar infrastructure and capital projects, and two decades in academia—Dr. Fuñe brings unmatched real-world expertise to his clients. He currently serves as an MBA Professor at Southern New Hampshire University, mentoring emerging leaders in global strategy, leadership, and change management.
